Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. UK mainland delivery is included on Bavane orders.

How long does delivery take?
Handling time is 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Shipping time is 3–7 working days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch. You receive a tracking number when the parcel leaves us.

How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item for a refund. Email support@bavane.com with your order number first. We then confirm the returns address. You pay return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. We do not offer exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order if you want a different size or style. Full detail: Return policy.

Do you offer exchanges?
No. We do not exchange items for another size, colour, or style.

Who pays for returns?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Use tracked postage and keep the tracking number.

Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
